Guided Senior Living Advisory service provides guidance to families seeking information about Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Our role is strictly limited to helping families understand available housing options, identifying potential communities that may meet the stated care needs and budget, and assisting with the coordination of tours and communication between families and communities.

We do not provide medical, clinical, psychological, legal, or financial services. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, perform medical or cognitive assessments, manage medications, develop care plans, determine levels of care, complete state-required evaluations, or provide any services that require professional licensure. Determinations regarding medical care, legal matters, financial planning, Medicaid eligibility, guardianship, or any clinical decisions must be made by licensed physicians, healthcare providers, attorneys, or financial professionals.

All recommendations are based solely on information supplied by the family, caregivers, or medical team. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or changes in a community’s pricing, policies, staffing, licensing status, availability, contract terms, acceptance criteria, or quality of care. Final admission decisions, pricing, and service levels are determined exclusively by the receiving community.

Our services are free to families. We may receive compensation or a referral fee from the community if a placement occurs. This compensation does not influence our recommendations; however, families should be aware of this industry-standard arrangement. We do not guarantee placement, acceptance, availability, costs, outcomes, or the suitability of any specific community.

All personal information collected is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of assisting with the senior living placement process, in accordance with applicable privacy guidelines. By engaging with our services, families acknowledge and agree to these service limitations and boundaries.”
