Compensation Disclosure

“Guided Senior advisory services are offered at no cost to families. We may receive a referral fee from an Assisted Living or Memory Care community if a placement occurs as a result of our services. This fee is paid by the receiving community and does not affect the pricing or terms offered to the family.

Compensation arrangements vary by community but are standard within the senior housing industry. The existence of a referral relationship does not influence our recommendations. All recommendations are based on the stated needs, safety requirements, budget, and preferences of the senior and family.

We do not accept compensation for recommendations that are not in the best interest of the senior.
